Concussion Management Policy & Forms

Effective June 1, 2010, Football BC requires all member associations, schools and clubs to follow the guidelines set out by Football BC’s new policy regarding concussion education and treatment.

Football BC has provided us the following resources.  Some of the below forms must be signed and returned to the Coach/Trainer so they can be submitted to Football BC before the season begins.  If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact your team’s coach/trainer.
